Required Pay Scale: $60-64/hr - W2 ONLY, NO C2C

* Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates
* Job Summary:

Responsible for driving governance, process, and control execution supporting AI and Agentic Transformation initiatives. Ensures delivery alignment across intake, assessment, approval, implementation, production, and sustainment phases while maintaining compliance with enterprise standards and control requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead coordination of governance, risk, control, and process activities across multiple stakeholders

* Translate enterprise policy and process requirements into structured delivery plans and control checkpoints

* Manage tollgates, approvals, and lifecycle governance from intake through production and sustainment

* Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, auditability, and control execution requirements

* Track risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery progress across work streams

* Support development of controls, documentation, evidence collection, and operational readiness

* Facilitate governance forums, stakeholder sessions, and delivery coordination routines

* Maintain clear reporting, traceability, and execution visibility across the lifecycle

* Ensure teams understand required process steps, approvals, and compliance obligations at each stage

Required Skills:

* Strong experience in governance, risk, compliance, or control-focused delivery roles

* Ability to translate policy and enterprise requirements into actionable plans and checkpoints

* Experience managing lifecycle governance, tollgates, and approval processes in regulated environments

* Strong stakeholder management across engineering, architecture, risk, and governance teams

* Experience tracking delivery risks, dependencies, and execution status across multiple teams

* Strong documentation, communication, and facilitation skills

* Familiarity with auditability, traceability, operational readiness, and control frameworks

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

* Experience working in complex enterprise environments with strict process adherence requirements
