Data Collector & Document Control Specialist
Job Description
This role focuses on collecting, validating, and organizing operational data while maintaining robust document control processes within Microsoft Office and SharePoint. The Data Collector & Document Control Specialist ensures data integrity, supports compliance and audits, and helps standardize documentation across critical operations. The position offers the opportunity to work with modern tools and systems in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, with the option to work part-time hours.
Responsibilities
+ Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
+ Manage document control processes, including document creation, revision, approval routing, and archiving.
+ Maintain and organize SharePoint libraries, ensuring proper version control, metadata management, and access permissions.
+ Develop and maintain standardized templates, logs, and tracking tools using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
+ Support audits and compliance activities by ensuring documentation is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure alignment with established documentation standards.
+ Monitor and improve data quality by identifying and resolving inconsistencies and gaps.
+ Generate reports and summaries to support operational and management decision-making.
+ Apply strong process discipline and attention to detail to maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
+ Work independently and collaboratively across teams to support critical operations in a manufacturing and technology-driven environment.
Essential Skills
+ Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel (rated at least 8/10).
+ At least 1 year of professional experience with SharePoint, including managing libraries and workflows.
+ Proven experience in data collection or document control in a professional setting.
+ Strong SharePoint skills, including organizing content, managing permissions, and supporting workflow-based processes.
+ Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and traceability.
+ High level of technical proficiency and comfort working with digital tools and systems.
+ Strong process discipline and adherence to established procedures and standards.
+ Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple documents and data sources.

Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
+ Familiarity with document control systems or quality systems management.
+
Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
+
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
+ Experience or exposure to manufacturing and quality systems environments.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving data and documentation processes.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Interest in building highly transferable technical skills within a technology and manufacturing context.
Work Environment
This position is onsite at a modern manufacturing and technology facility that supports advanced semiconductor and electronics operations. You will work in an environment that supports automotive, industrial, and secure connectivity systems, contributing to products used globally. The facility includes cleanroom and manufacturing areas where technicians and specialists work closely with cutting-edge equipment and processes. The role follows flexible business hours, averaging approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no required overtime.
The environment emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and continuous learning, with strong on-the-job training and exposure to modern semiconductor processes and quality systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
