Geographic Reference## About the Role Intel is seeking an Infra and Dev Ops Intern to join its Engineering Computing and IT Infrastructure teams. This internship provides students with the opportunity to work on infrastructure automation, CI/CD processes, monitoring systems, server administration, and  cloud engineering initiatives.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to projects that improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across Intel’s engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities ### Infrastructure & Platform Support
* Support the setup, optimization, and maintenance of engineering infrastructure environments
* Assist with server support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational maintenance
* Participate in capacity planning and system reliability initiatives
* Help maintain stable and scalable infrastructure systems### Automation & Dev Ops
* Assist in automating operational and deployment workflows
* Contribute to CI/CD practices and infrastructure automation initiatives
* Support scripting and automation tasks using Power Shell or related scripting tools
* Work with source control systems and Dev Ops methodologies### Monitoring & Troubleshooting
* Support infrastructure monitoring and alert management activities
* Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution
* Provide ticket support and operational assistance for infrastructure-related incidents
* Assist in improving support workflows and operational efficiency### Learning & Collaboration
* Gain exposure to Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure systems

Cloud## Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
* Understanding of automation and Dev Ops methodologies
* Familiarity with scripting languages such as Power Shell
* Knowledge of source control systems and development workflows
* Basic understanding of Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to follow written and verbal technical instructions
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities###

Preferred Qualifications
