Hybrid 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide Level 2/3 production support for Automated Credit, Rewards, and Credit Card Hub applications

* Monitor production systems and ensure system stability and uptime

* Analyze and troubleshoot failed mainframe jobs (JCL)

* Perform root cause analysis and support ad hoc job executions

* Partner with Production Control to restart and recover failed jobs

* Respond to business user requests and application team needs

* Maintain and update incident tracking (Service Now, JIRA, Confluence)

* Monitor and respond to application group mailboxes

* Document incidents, resolutions, and create JIRA stories for follow-up

Key Requirements:

* Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

* Strong experience in Mainframe Production Support (application support required)

Technologies/tools:

* JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, CA7, IDCAMS, Mainview

File tools:
File Manager, File Analyzer, EZTRIEV

* Experience with ticketing and documentation tools (Service Now, JIRA, Confluence or similar)

* Ability to work in a high-volume, production-critical environment
