Human‑Centered Change Manager

The ExperienceAs part of the Experience Services competency in Professional Services, the Salesforce Human‑Centered Change (HCC) team seeks an experienced Human‑Centered Change Manager. In this role, you will coach Salesforce customers through complex organizational transformations—guiding them to adopt new ways of working, driving senior leadership alignment, and delivering meaningful, lasting change.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing- Lead the full delivery of Human‑Centered Change engagements, serving as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction and quality across complex transformation initiatives.
- Integrate human‑centered service design, behavioral science, and Design Thinking methodologies to develop and execute holistic change strategies.
- Travel up to 50% to build strong partnerships with customers, project leadership, and account leadership to proactively identify barriers to change, conduct impact analyses, and develop solutions.
- Coach senior leaders, managers, and junior team members on Human‑Centered Change best practices while contributing to practice innovation and go‑to‑market activities including scoping and Statement of Work (SOW) creation.
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer‑facing consulting roles, with a strong track record leading large‑scale organizational transformation engagements.
- Have deep knowledge of change management methodologies such as Salesforce’s Levers model and the Prosci ADKAR framework.
- Have excellent workshop design, facilitation, and communication skills—able to clearly articulate the value of change strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Are a proactive, creative problem‑solver who can navigate dynamic environments and develop monitoring and measurement frameworks to evaluate change success.
- Hold a Prosci Certification and Salesforce Admin Certification, or Salesforce Strategy Designer or Agentforce Specialist Certification.
- Have experience across industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Energy.
- Have working knowledge of AI capabilities and how to apply them responsibly in a consulting context.
- Have experience managing subcontractors and System Integrator (SI) partner relationships.
