DevOps​/Cloud Engineer

Senior Dev Ops Engineer supporting quality engineering function and responsible for cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) development covering UAT and PROD validation requirements. Candidate must have expertise working in a CI/CD pipeline controlled environment leveraging a standard IDE (MSVS), and required tools/apps that facilitate the pipeline. The candidate must be versed in server operating systems and configurations (Windows and Linux), infrastructure hosting components, and cloud virtualization technology for Infrastructure as a Service enablement.

Performs technical requirements and use case analysis for testing and test automation development objectives. Develops new and executes existing IaC test code, evaluates results against acceptance criteria, creates/maintain bugs discovered.

• Experience in one or more of the following:
  Java, Python, Perl, Go, and shell scripting.
• Experience in Hashicorp Terraform / Vault
• Experience in Windows OS and Office Productivity Suite of applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• Strong experience with Dev Ops tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops).
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Power Shell) for automation.
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, ALM Octane).
• Strong understanding of Linux (RHEL) and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their Dev Ops services.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; comfortable speaking out in a team or project setting.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
• Knowledge of Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira for task and issue tracking.
