Lead Cloud Security Posture Engineer; Wiz​/CSPM​/Policy-as-Code

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer – Cloud & SaaS Security to join a large enterprise security organization focused on strengthening cloud and SaaS application security posture across a complex, distributed environment. This role will support initiatives to monitor, assess, and improve security controls across both cloud infrastructure and enterprise SaaS applications. The environment includes large-scale platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise SaaS tools, with a strong focus on preventing data exposure, enforcing security standards, and improving visibility across application ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in information security and cloud security engineering, with the ability to operate across multiple internal teams in a highly matrixed enterprise environment. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong technical capability, practical problem‑solving skills, and experience working with modern security tooling and automation frameworks.

• Supporting cloud and SaaS security posture management initiatives (CSPM / SSPM concepts)
• Identifying and mitigating misconfigurations and data exposure risks across SaaS and cloud environments
• Partnering with cross‑functional security and engineering teams to enforce security standards
• Leveraging security monitoring tools and frameworks to improve visibility and compliance
• Supporting automation efforts to scale security controls across environments
