Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager Consultant with SaaS Cloud Governance for a 12–18-month contract position with our Fortune 500 banking client.

Rate: $55.00 - $58.00/hr W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Drive SaaS resilience governance across the enterprise.
• Support Cloud Governance strategy for non-bank-managed SaaS services.
• Reduce technology and third-party risk tied to cloud consumption.
• Improve resiliency posture through data, controls, and reporting.

This role blends governance, cloud expertise, and analytical execution to strengthen enterprise resilience at scale.

• 5+ years of strong background in IT Project Management within cloud or SaaS environments.
• Experience with cloud governance, resilience, and third party risk.
• Ability to translate policy and risk requirements into executable processes.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics and success measures.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear communication with executive and technical audiences.
• Owner mentality with comfort operating in complex, regulated environments.

• Establish and maintain enterprise SaaS Recovery and Resilience governance.
• Define and operationalize a SaaS resilience framework aligned to enterprise risk appetite.
• Embed recovery and resilience requirements into SaaS onboarding, approval, and renewal processes.
• Ensure SaaS contracts address RTO, RPO, failover, backup, and data portability.
• Identify and document critical SaaS dependencies.
• Develop and maintain the Single Process Inventory for cloud and SaaS services.
• Ensure SPI completeness for recoverability attributes such as DR strategy and backup regions.
• Define authoritative data elements, systems of record, and ownership.
• Enable continuous monitoring, testing, and assurance for SaaS resilience.
• Deliver actionable reporting and dashboards for CIO and senior leadership.
• Partner with cloud teams, risk, third party management, and command center operations.
• Support remediation of control gaps and regulatory findings.
