Mainframe Engineer

Location:
Chandler, AZ / Des Moines, IA (3 Days Onsite – Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months (with possible extension)

Pay Rate: $70/hr. on W2

• Position will be working in the Mainframe platform support group
• Candidate must have Mainframe application support experience
• Client is seeking three identical Senior Specialty Systems Operations Engineers to join a Mainframe Production Support team supporting critical applications in a highly specialized, non-standard environment
• This role requires strong hands-on mainframe application support experience and the ability to work in a follow-the-sun model alongside offshore team

• Maintain and update incident tracking (Service Now, JIRA, Confluenc
• Monitor and respond to application group mailbox
• Document incidents, resolutions, and create JIRA stories for follow-
