The Information Systems area is responsible for assessment, design, acquisition, implementation and use/enhancement of programming and systems analysis tools for the management and transformation of data into information for decision makers.

• Develop, deploy, and maintain highly available management and monitoring solutions in support of Network Operations and TNS business units
• Vendor assessment and recommendations
• Provide guidance to other team members, facilities processes and transfer knowledge of technical skills
• For this contract role, we anticipate paying $75 - $100 per hour

• B.S. (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. MS preferred.
• 7+ years of design and operations experience of large scale NMS platform deployments
• 3+ years of experience and expert in managing Network Monitoring and Management platforms
• 3+ years of extensive hands‑on experience with the configuration, debugging, and problem resolution of complex NMS platforms
• Certified in applicable NMS platform technologies

• TCP/IP
• Multicast
• Netflow
• UNIX/Linux Experience
• Traffic Generator Experience
• Project Management Experience
• PERL programming and XML based management experience
• SQL or other Databases
