Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and deployment of CTI Platform services aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, including Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks
• Enable highly complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patterns
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve service reliability, resiliency, and efficiency
• Promote Dev Ops best practices, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement

• 7+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, supporting enterprise-scale platforms and services
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing Ansible playbooks and automation
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tool chains including Git (Bitbucket preferred), Jenkins, and Ansible Tower
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting
• 2+ years of experience working within a Dev Ops culture and practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Experience with container technologies
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Red Hat Open Shift
