- Monitor production systems and ensure system stability and uptime.
- Analyze and troubleshoot failed mainframe jobs (JCL).
- Perform root cause analysis and support ad hoc job execution.
- Maintain and update incident tracking (Service Now, JIRA, Confluence).
- Monitor and respond to application group mailbox.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and create JIRA stories for follow-up.
- Strong experience in Mainframe Production Support (application support required).
- JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, CA7, IDCAMS, Mainvie
- Experience with ticketing and documentation tools (Service Now, JIRA, Confluence or similar).
- Ability to work in a high-volume, production-critical environment.
