Information Security Analyst (GRC)

Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $45-$50

We are seeking an Information Security Analyst to support enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. This role focuses on security policy compliance, assessment remediation, control testing, risk reporting, and audit readiness. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong communication skills.

• Experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, GRC, IT Risk, or Compliance
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience supporting security assessments, remediation efforts, audits, or compliance reviews
• Working knowledge of Jira for ticket management, evidence tracking, and audit support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Experience with metrics, reporting, and data analysis

• Support information security governance and compliance activities.
• Track and validate remediation of security assessment findings.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready Jira tickets, documentation, and evidence.
• Participate in security control testing and risk reporting activities.
• Analyze data and prepare dashboards, metrics, and management reports.
• Collaborate with security, governance, policy, and technical teams to drive issue resolution.
• Ensure governance activities are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established standards.
