Cloud Governance Observability Analyst

The role supports the buildout of the Cloud Governance observability capability by developing metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights into governance processes and outcomes. This is a hands-on contributor role responsible for working with existing tools, data sources, and teams to help establish visibility into Cloud Governance performance, including use case processing, cycle times, and control outcomes.

• 3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, observability, or related technical roles
• Hands-on experience working with metrics, logs, or event-based data
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience building dashboards, reports, or data visualizations using BI or reporting tools
• Ability to support the definition and tracking of performance metrics
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Client Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
• Exposure to cloud platforms, infrastructure, or distributed systems environments
• Familiarity with Cloud Governance processes
• Experience with observability or monitoring tools and concepts
• Experience building or supporting automated reporting or data pipelines

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Experience supporting transformation initiatives or program-level reporting

• Partner closely with Cloud Governance, engineering, and PMO teams to deliver dashboards, reporting, and analytics
• Work across teams to integrate data and integrated decision making
• Manage multiple reporting requests and priorities
