10 is currently seeking a Service Now Lead Software Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, McLean, VA, Minneapolis, MN, San Antonio, TX, or Chandler, AZ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.
As a lead within the Cybersecurity group, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Service Now Vulnerability Response (VR) module. This role will partner with Technical Governance, Platform Architecture, and other developers to ensure designs and coding practices align with scalable enterprise solutions for cybersecurity vulnerability remediation.
Responsibilities:- Implement solutions by configuring and customizing scripting for all components of the Service Now VR product
- Lead complex, company-wide technology initiatives and act as an escalation point for less experienced staff
- Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed upon standards and tools
- Resolve technically challenging coding, testing, and escalated platform issues
- Ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met for the supported area
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and comply with defined standards and best practices
- Collaborate with key technical experts and peers to resolve complex technical challenges
- Code Service Now solutions within an Agile Framework
- Manage deployment by engaging with enterprise platform management during release
- Serve as L3 support for production issues
- Manage API integration with non-Service Now applications
- 7 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in Service Now Application development, installation, or troubleshooting
- 5 years of experience with service-oriented architecture methods
- 1 years of experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, ES5, and HTML
- Certified as a Service Now System Administrator
- Certified as a Service Now Application Developer
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 3 years of experience with Service Now Vulnerability Response
- Certified as Service Now Implementation Specialist for Vulnerability Response
- Micro-certified in Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, etc
- Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React
- 2 years of RESTful or SOAP web services
- 2 years of Agile experience
- Integration experience with Qualys, Wiz, NVD, or Phosphorus
Pay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hour
