  • Implement and support synchronous and asynchronous replication solutions using enterprise storage technologies (e.g., Hitachi Vantara).
  • Configure and maintain IBM Tape Grid environments to support scalable and resilient data storage strategies.
  • Support and manage FICON infrastructure, including Broadcom (Brocade) directors and channel extension technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs, implementation plans, and operational runbooks.
  • Evaluate and implement new mainframe storage technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and performance requirements.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across storage, system, and infrastructure layers.
  • Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Provide technical mentorship, peer reviews, and guidance to junior engineers and analysts.
  • Support change management, incident resolution, and system improvements within a high‑availability environment.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
