Load Balancing Engineer F5 LTM/GTM, Network Security & Traffic Management - 68873

We have an urgent need for a Load Balancing Engineer for a fulltime onsite opportunity in Chandler, AZ. This role is focused on enterprise-scale load balancing, application delivery infrastructure, network security, and traffic management services. We are seeking highly skilled professionals who can support mission‑critical infrastructure and collaborate with global engineering and operations teams in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available load balancing solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of application delivery infrastructure including code upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and end‑of‑life replacement initiatives.
• Develop implementation plans and operational runbooks.
• Validate designs and conduct quality assurance testing.
• Support production deployments and maintain service levels via KPI and SLA standards.
• Participate in metrics reporting, operational reviews, security implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support complex enterprise projects involving application delivery, DNS, SSL offloading, and traffic optimization.

• Strong expertise in F5 Load Balancing technologies including LTM and GTM.
• Hands‑on experience with F5 APM, ASM, DNS, SSL offloading, application switching, persistence management, web acceleration, TCP optimization, and certificate management processes.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including BGP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, SSL, and enterprise network security principles.
• Experience with F5 iControl APIs, iRules, AVI or VMware technologies, and troubleshooting complex networking environments.
• Knowledge of SSL PKI infrastructure, security assessments, risk mitigation, packet filtering, and ITIL‑based service management practices.
• Experience with Python development, Bash scripting, automation initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
