Role Overview
The IT Support Engineer L1 will provide technical support and troubleshooting for software problems across the Windows environment, assist with network connectivity issues, and perform basic Active Directory tasks. The role will also involve ticketing and documentation, customer service and communication, and contributing to the internal knowledge base.
What You Will Do- Troubleshoot software problems, assist with network connectivity issues, perform basic Active Directory tasks, log and track support requests, and deliver courteous and professional support to end users.
The ideal candidate will have 1‑2 years of experience in a help desk, IT support, or desktop support role, proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments, and hands‑on experience with ticketing platforms.
Requirements- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1‑2 years of experience in a help desk, IT support, or desktop support role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments
- Hands‑on experience with ticketing platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Experience with remote support tools
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation certification
