MANTECH seeks a motivated, career, and team-oriented Cyber Intelligence Lead to support a DHS customer in Chandler, AZ OR the National Capital Region.
As part of this mission, you will help the organization maintain its prestigious designation as a Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSP) and Center of Excellence (COE). Our team provides comprehensive, 24/7/365 security services supporting an expansive network across LANs, WANs, and advanced Cloud-based infrastructures. This is a unique opportunity to utilize a "kill chain" process to thwart Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) and implement cutting‑edge technologies like Zero Trust Architecture, AI/ML risk mitigation, and Post‑Quantum Computing readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Implement strategic, tactical, and applied intelligence methodologies for the mission.
- Conduct link analysis of technical data to identify attack trends and timing.
- Develop and distribute tailored Course of Actions (COAs) and countermeasures.
- Maintain the "TOP 10" threat list for organizational data, missions, and employees.
- Provide threat briefings to senior-level management and the C-suite.
- Utilize "kill chain" processes to thwart Advanced Persistent Threats (APT).
- Implement cutting‑edge technologies including Zero Trust and AI/ML risk mitigation.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Engineering Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field OR 10+ years of work experience in Cybersecurity engineering.
- 7+ years of intelligence-related experience, including Intelligence Community (IC) roles.
- Certification: CISM, CySA+, or GCIA.
- Additional Certification: CFR, Network+, Security+, or CEH.
- Deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, D3
FEND, and the Diamond Model.
- Experience with post‑quantum computing assessment/implementation.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active Top‑Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an ICE Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co‑workers and customers.
The projected compensation range for this position is $-$. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
