Job Description We are seeking a PMO Delivery Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Jira administration, portfolio reporting, and delivery coordination and a proven ability to translate transformation goals into disciplined execution with accurate data, proactive risk management, and dependable delivery momentum. Responsibilities:
Maintain Jira as the single source of truth, including backlogs, milestones, dependencies, and status. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with delivery standards. Configure Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting views to support portfolio transparency. Produce weekly and monthly executive reporting packs with clear delivery insights. Build dashboards providing real-time visibility into portfolio health, risks, and progress. Translate delivery data into decision-oriented insights for leadership.

Track milestones, actions, and deliverables across initiatives to maintain momentum. Drive follow-ups to resolve blockers and sustain progress. Support dependency management across teams and programs, ensuring timely updates and accountability. Maintain RAID logs and ensure risks and issues are actively managed with early escalation and tracked mitigations. Provide visibility into cross-program dependencies to prevent delivery drift. Support PMO governance routines including status reviews and reporting cycles.

Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, reporting, and tooling, embedding consistent ways of working. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proficiency with Jira administration, workflow configuration, dashboards, and portfolio views. Advanced reporting and data visualization skills to deliver executive-ready insights. Strong coordination skills to track milestones, actions, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.

Experience with RAID management, risk escalation, and mitigation tracking. Execution discipline and attention to detail with high data accuracy and consistent updates. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and productivity tooling. Preferred

Skills:
