Sr. Process Design Consultant

10 is currently seeking a PMO Delivery Analyst for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role ensures that the transformation agenda is translated into disciplined, day-to-day execution, maintaining momentum across multiple initiatives. The PMO Delivery Analyst addresses the critical gap between governance and delivery by ensuring data reflects the true state of work, reporting is accurate, and risks are actively managed. By providing structured tracking, coordination, and visibility, this role enables data-driven decision-making and improved delivery confidence.

A hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite is required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Jira as the single source of truth for backlogs, milestones, dependencies, and status
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with delivery standards
• Configure workflows, dashboards, and reporting views
• Produce weekly and monthly executive reporting packs and build dashboards for real-time portfolio health visibility
• Translate delivery data into clear, decision-oriented insights
• Track milestones, actions, and deliverables across initiatives, driving follow-ups to resolve blockers
• Support dependency management across teams and programmes
• Maintain RAID logs, ensure risks and issues are actively managed, and escalate emerging risks
• Support PMO governance routines and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and tooling
• Embed consistent ways of working across the portfolio

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a PMO or delivery analyst role supporting portfolio execution
• Strong proficiency with Jira for data management, including configuring workflows and dashboards
• Experience in producing executive-level reports and providing data-driven insights
• Knowledge of risk, issue, and dependency management (RAID)
• Excellent execution discipline with high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)

Pay range: $85.07 - $93.07 per hour
