We are seeking a skilled professional responsible for managing end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for Internal Cloud Platform services. The individual will be accountable for producing accurate demand forecasts and aligning demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints. The role involves owning the demand management process, intake criteria, and reporting cadence.

• 4–5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
• Strong analytical skills with experience modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery trade-offs.
• Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
• Experience working with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into plans.
• 5-7 years supporting infrastructure or cloud portfolio management.

• ITIL Demand or Financial Management certification.
• Experience with capacity planning tools or service portfolio platforms.
• Exposure to virtualization or platform capacity modeling.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
