Agile Scrum Master

BrezQ is Hiring:
Agile Scrum Master — Cloud & Data Services | Chandler, AZ (Onsite – in‑office role, in‑person interview required)

BrezQ is partnering with a leading enterprise client to find a highly technical Release Manager / Agile Scrum Master to own end-to-end delivery for the biggest release on the Cloud & Data Services (CDS) team — a program spanning 200–250 stories with a long testing cycle. This is a hands‑on, technical leadership role for someone who can speak fluently to both engineers and executives.

• Own and drive the end-to-end release management lifecycle across a large, complex CDS program
• Coach RTEs and Scrum Masters on what to expect throughout the release and keep delivery on track
• Manage the release container through Release Manager tooling (transitioning to Service Now)
• Run release calendars and lead defect/bug triage calls, owning the defect lifecycle from identification through remediation
• Manage CRQs and change coordination via Remedy
• Push back when needed — this role requires a thought leader, not an order‑taker

• Expert‑level Terraform
• Expert‑level Ansible scripting
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and Open Shift
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Python scripting
• Experience with Mule Soft Runtime Fabric / container deployments
• Spring framework experience
• Strong Agile/Scrum release management background at scale

• Previous Bank of America experience
• Java
• Experience automating workflows via APIs

• Must be a W2 candidate — no C2C or 1099

• Must be local to Chandler, AZ or willing to relocate, and available for an in‑person interview
