Lead Infrastructure Reliability Engineer – Service Reliability & Automation
Duration: 24 Months Contract (possible conversion)
Key Responsibilities- Improve enterprise infrastructure reliability through automation, observability, and operational analytics.
- Lead resolution of complex production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Develop automation using Power Shell, Python, Ansible
, or similar tools. - Support and optimize Linux, Windows, and enterprise virtualization environments.
- Enhance monitoring, event management, and service reliability.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, application, and security teams.
- Drive operational efficiency by reducing manual effort and improving processes.
- 10+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure in large-scale production environments.
- Strong experience with Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms
. - Expertise in Power Shell, Python, Ansible
, or equivalent automation tools. - Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, and event management
. - Experience leading production incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.
- Infrastructure as Code (Ansible).
- Experience with Splunk, Big Panda, Grafana, Prometheus
, and Service Now/ITIL
. - Experience supporting large enterprise environments (10,000+ servers).
- ITIL, SRE, or Automation certifications.
- Enterprise Infrastructure Reliability (Linux, Windows, Virtualization)
- Automation (Power Shell, Python, Ansible)
- Monitoring & Observability (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Event Management)
