Pay Range: $75 - $80

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Delivery Analyst to support enterprise transformation initiatives by driving project governance, delivery tracking, and portfolio reporting. This role will ensure project data is accurately maintained in Jira, provide visibility into delivery progress, and support leadership with actionable reporting and insights. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in project coordination within a PMO environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Jira as the central source for project backlogs, milestones, dependencies, and status updates.
- Ensure project data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with PMO standards.
- Configure Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting views to support project visibility.
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards highlighting portfolio health, progress, risks, and key metrics.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, action items, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Manage RAID logs, monitor risks and issues, and escalate blockers with mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project updates and delivery alignment.
- Support PMO governance activities and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Experience supporting PMO, Project Management, or Project Delivery functions.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, project tracking, and portfolio reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
