Business Execution Consultant

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry for a contract position with a top‑tier bank in the financial sector.

Salary: $50 - $55 per hour.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

8 AM – 5 PM. Education requirement:
Bachelor's degree.

This position will be on the Absence Workday product team. The role will partner closely with business and product stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, support development, and complete UAT testing prior to release. Strong communication skills are essential as the team engages with executive‑level employees and the product group.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Workday Absence in an analyst or lead role
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
• Deep understanding of the Workday Business Process Framework

• Experience with additional Workday modules (Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, etc.)
• Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
• Prior Workday certification
• Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
