Overview
We are seeking experienced Desktop Refresh Technicians to support a desktop replacement initiative. Technicians will be responsible for replacing existing desktop computers and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) devices, validating user functionality, migrating settings, documenting installations, and preparing retired equipment for recycling.
Responsibilities- Replace existing desktop computers and VDI devices.
- Validate user functionality after deployment.
- Migrate user settings and profiles as needed.
- Document installations and configurations.
- Prepare retired equipment for recycling.
- Follow established deployment procedures and ensure a smooth transition for end users.
- 3 - 7 years of desktop support experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow established deployment procedures.
- Comfortable working directly with end users and supporting a smooth hardware transition.
