Job Location:
Charlotte, NC or Pennington, NJ or Chandler, AZ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
- 5+ years in Production Support

, or Production Architecture - Strong experience with enterprise monitoring/observability
- Hands-on with Dynatrace (preferred),
Splunk
, IBM Tivoli
, Site Scope
, or Catchpoint - Experience designing monitoring strategies
, dashboards, alerts, and instrumentation - Understanding of multi-tier/N-tier application architecture
- Experience supporting Web Servers, Middleware, Databases, and Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Windows/Unix/Linux environments and Shell Scripting
- Development background with Java and/or .NET
- Experience with Cloud and Containers (Kubernetes/Open Shift/Docker)
- Familiarity with ITIL
, Incident Management, and Production Support processes - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
