Job Summary:

In this role, we are seeking a Commissioning System/CX Software Admin with hands-on experience in setting up, tracking, field walkdowns, and auditing project data in Smart Completion and Procore systems. The ideal candidate will be supporting project teams and other stakeholders and enabling our project teams. Working with M&T Commissioning Teams, Site Automation Application and Engineering teams to collect and organize project data.

This role requires a hand-on, self-motivated person with excellent communication and organizational capabilities. Be part of the level turnover team and manage punchlist Items. Make project folders, understand Scoping and Systemization VBA programming, Power BI.

This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.  LI-AA1

# Major Responsibilities:

** Implementation and Configuration:
** Configure, load, and verify task models and verification steps in Smart Completions / Procore for new projects. Customize reports to meet project-specific requirements.

+ Assist in integration of Smart Completions with other software systems used by the company as needed.

+ Owns CSU data, business requirements, and prototypes; software platform selection, application development, hosting, and enterprise integration are owned by the Digital Solutions team.
