Varicent Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a Varicent Analyst - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ, Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to implement incentive compensation solutions using Varicent. This position involves translating compensation and product requirements into detailed data specifications, performing data analysis to validate inputs and outputs, and supporting the full project lifecycle from testing and validation to issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to implement incentive compensation solutions in Varicent
• Translate compensation and product requirements into detailed data specifications including field level definitions, transformations, and validation rules
• Perform data analysis to validate inputs and outputs, identify risks, and support decision making
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, and technology teams to align business needs with technical execution
• Develop and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, and data definitions
• Support testing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities
• Support enterprise data discovery, onboarding, and integration efforts

Requirements:

• 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Knowledge of Incentive Compensation or Varicent application

Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour
