10 is currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week required) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is accountable for establishing and maintaining partnerships with Application Development and Production Support teams to implement reliability measures. The focus will be on automation, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Python, Consul, and Cloud technologies to ensure appropriate instrumentation, tooling, alerting, and on-call routines are in place for key services.

• Ensure appropriate instrumentation, tooling, ticketing, alerting and on-call routines are in place for key services
• Decompose issues or objectives into units of work for team members
• Advocate and advance more efficient solution delivery practices
• Evangelize great design, engineering, and organizational practices

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Terraform Enterprise, Ansible Automation, and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with Python, Ansible, Golang, and shell scripting
• Strong experience in major cloud services related to Compute, Storage, Network, and Security
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Dynatrace, as well as cloud-native tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
• Strong understanding of complex infrastructure, including RHEL/Windows Servers, Open Shift containers, Terraform, and Azure/AWS virtual resources
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins in a Git Ops model
• Excellent understanding of Linux/Windows operating systems administration
• Experience in Jira, Remedy, or other workload management tools
• Required technologies:
  Terraform Enterprise, JAVA, Hashi Corp Consul, AWS, Azure, Open Shift

• Hashi Corp Terraform or Red Hat Ansible certifications
• Linux System Administration
• Splunk Administration
• Open Shift Containers
• Dynatrace Administration
• Grafana
• Experience with CI/CD tool chains (Jenkins, Artifactory, Bit Bucket)
• Systematic problem-solving approach with a strong sense of ownership and drive
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changes in project scope
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills

Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24 per hour
