Job Location :
Chandler, AZ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
- Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Production Support with an automation mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM and Splunk
. - Experience with Dev Ops tools
, CI/CD pipelines
, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, etc.). - Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and operational metrics
. - Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present dashboards and operational metrics to senior leadership.
