Location: Arizona (Candidates must currently reside in Arizona)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
Work Arrangement: First week onsite for training, then fully remote
Visa/Sponsorship: Candidates requiring sponsorship are not eligible for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise end users.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, hardware, software, and local network issues.
- Install, configure, and support Windows PCs, Apple devices, and mobile devices.
- Manage incidents using IT ticketing systems such as Service Now or JIRA.
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, antivirus solutions, virtual desktops, and SaaS applications.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of enterprise desktop support experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows/Microsoft 365 and macOS/Apple environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Service Now/JIRA, antivirus platforms, virtual desktops, and SaaS applications.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CompTIA A+, MCDST, MCSE, MCP, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
