• Assist in designing and deploying CTI Platform service designs as well as AWS Azure database services that enable business strategies in accordance with architectural governance, standards, and policies.
• Facilitate deployment of the most complex technical solutions by developing templates, terraform modules, Ansible playbooks and automation used during implementation.
• Consistently looking for opportunities to improve the reliability and efficiency of implementing the services and influencing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Note: this role requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week) in Chandler, AZ and client mandated time away 5 days per quarter

2+ years' experience in the following:

• Knowledge in AWS/Azure database services
• Experience in coding and automating various integration in AWS and/or Azure
• Knowledge in Terraform and Infrastructure as code technology; 2+ years’ experience.
• Knowledge in Ansible coding; 2+ years’ experience
• Knowledge in CI/CD toolsets, mainly Git(bitbucket), Jenkins, Ansible Tower; 2+ years’ experience
• Knowledge in Python coding; 2+ years’ experience
• Knowledge in Bash coding; 2+ years’ experience
• 2+ years of experience with Dev Ops culture practice
• AWS Dev Ops, Azure Dev Ops, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes knowledge, Python, Bash Shell
• Associates Degree

• Effective communication
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of Container technology
• Knowledge of Kubernetes technology
• Knowledge of Red Hat Open Shift
• Knowledge of Redis
• Knowledge of MongoDB
• Knowledge of Single Store
