• 8+ years of experience in database engineering within enterprise environments
• Strong hands‑on experience with Cockroach DB architecture and administration
• Deep understanding of distributed database concepts, including replication, consistency, and consensus models
• Strong expertise in Ansible playbooks for automation
• Strong Bash/Korn Shell scripting skills for automation and operational tooling
• Experience using AI‑powered coding tools
  , such as Git Hub Copilot or similar AI development tools
• Experience designing and managing multi‑region deployment architectures
• Strong knowledge of high availability and fault‑tolerant database design
• Experience with database performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning
