Location:Chandler, AZ 85224
Work Arrangement:Hybrid (4 day onsite in a week)

Duration:18-24 Months Contract [Possibility of FTE conversion]
Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMArizona Time

We are hiring a Entry Level IT Support
. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the Fortune 10 companies in the U.S.

• Provide first-line technical support to internal users through phone and live chat.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to MS applications and proprietary systems.
• Manage multiple live chats while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues within established guidelines.
• Clearly document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in support tickets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to second-line support teams with accurate and detailed documentation.
• Work closely with peers, technical Subject Matter Experts, and global support teams.
• Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining service-level and quality expectations.

• Entry level college/university grads or People looking to go into IT.
• Work well as a team and build relationships to the global partners.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Communication, Client Care / Customer Service skills.

Hourly Rate:$23 - $25 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
