AboutThe Role
The Network Administrator plays an important role in keeping Barrett Financial Group’s technology secure, reliable, and connected. This position manages and supports our network, server, cloud, and communications systems across our Chandler office.
In this role, you’ll oversee Microsoft 365, Windows Server 2025, and Ubiquiti Uni Fi equipment. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, manage system access, coordinate upgrades, document our network environment, and support business continuity.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandler, Arizona.
What You’ll Do- Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, groups, permissions, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and security settings
- Administer and maintain Windows Server 2025 systems
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and user access
- Configure, monitor, and maintain Ubiquiti Uni Fi gateways, switches, wireless access points, and related equipment
- Monitor network availability, performance, security, and connectivity
- Troubleshoot network, server, internet, wireless, and system access issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, multifactor authentication, and access controls
- Support team member onboarding, transfers, and offboarding from a systems access perspective
- Install system updates, security patches, and firmware updates
- Review system alerts and respond to outages, security events, and performance concerns
- Coordinate with internet service providers, technology vendors, and outside support partners
- Maintain network diagrams, system documentation, equipment inventories, procedures, and vendor records
- Assist with data backup, recovery, and business continuity processes
- Support network upgrades, equipment replacements, office expansions, and technology projects
- Provide advanced technical support and resolve escalated technology issues
- Follow company security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements
- Perform scheduled maintenance outside regular business hours when needed
- Three or more years of network or systems administration experience
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Hands-on Windows Server 2025 administration experience
- Hands-on Ubiquiti Uni Fi equipment administration experience
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, switching, and wireless networking
- Experience managing user accounts, system permissions, and security settings
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document systems, procedures, configurations, and completed work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent technical issues
- Ability to work with confidential company and team member information
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Chandler, Arizona
