- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Data & BI products, including dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
- Build, optimize, and support automated data pipelines and integration processes
- Conduct exploratory data mining and deep-dive analysis on large, complex, and ambiguous datasets
- Translate client feedback and quantitative results into actionable business recommendations
- Design and implement data quality, standardization, and data governance controls
- Develop, document, and maintain best-practice standards, data dictionaries, and SOPs
- Ensure dashboards, reporting templates, and data presentations adhere to JLL corporate brand standards
- Partner with business leaders, operations teams, and client representatives to develop analytics roadmaps
- Communicate technical concepts, data limitations, and architectural requirements to non-technical audiences
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Advisory, or highly technical consulting roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data preparation
- Expert-level experience building production-grade dashboards in Tableau
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
- Intermediate knowledge of code-free/low-code ETL technologies such as Alteryx
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of synthesizing complex data into compelling business stories
- Fluent English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Information Management, or a related quantitative field
- Foundational knowledge of R and/or Python for data manipulation
- Experience integrating data sources using APIs
- Understanding of Commercial Real Estate operations or Facilities Management performance metrics
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Demonstrates expertise in Data & Business Intelligence product design and implementation, with a strong focus on SQL, Tableau, and cloud data platforms. Capable of translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies while ensuring adherence to data governance and quality standards.
