A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Execution Consultant. Position type:
Full-time, Contract (W2) Duration: 12-month contract w/ extension.

Minneapolis, MN/Chandler, AZ – 3 days onsite Overview:
Client is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced professional to support our payroll product team. This role involves consulting on complex initiatives, analyzing multifaceted challenges, and collaborating strategically with client personnel to ensure successful business execution. The ideal candidate will bring substantial expertise in Workday Payroll implementation and a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. As a Business Execution Consultant, you will:

• Consult on complex, large-scale Business Execution initiatives with broad organizational impact
• Review and analyze multi-faceted Business Execution challenges, considering intangible and unprecedented factors
• Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel and internal teams to drive successful outcomes
• Support testing, configuration, and requirements gathering processes for Workday Payroll modules

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, including gathering requirements, testing, and configuration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience creating stories in Jira
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with technical teams and executive leadership
• Workday Payroll certification (a plus)
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex, large-scale business challenges

Pay Range*: $55- $60 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
