- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of technology products supporting business objectives and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with product strategy and roadmap.
- Define and manage product features, user stories, and backlog items.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with user experience, engineering, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Coordinate testing, release management, and rollout activities.
- Monitor product performance and analyze user feedback to recommend enhancements.
- Work with external vendors to evaluate solutions, support implementation, and monitor service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, business analysis, or a related field required
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification preferred
