Sr. Business Analyst UKG Workforce Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand workforce management processes and business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
• Partner with UKG Techno-Functional Architects and SMEs to determine appropriate solutions.
• Support configuration and solution validation.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate that configured solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Coordinate issue resolution across business, functional, and technical teams.
• Support implementation planning and project activities.
• Develop and maintain requirements, process, testing, and implementation documentation.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and implementation teams.
• Support deployment and post-implementation stabilization.
