Who’s Your Tech LLC is seeking an experienced Field AV Technician to install, troubleshoot, and support residential and small-business technology. This hands-on, client-facing role includes home audio/video, Control4 and smart-home systems, Ring cameras and security devices, residential networking, Wi-Fi, and low-voltage cabling. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience, strong technical and troubleshooting skills, and exceptional customer service. Technicians must be comfortable working independently in clients' homes and businesses, diagnosing issues across multiple technologies, and delivering clean, professional solutions while clearly communicating with clients.

Control4 certification is highly desirable, and residential Home AV experience is required.
