What You’ll Do

As the MRO Program Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a critical spare parts management program supporting multiple manufacturing facilities. You’ll lead warehouse operations, inventory control, customer service, sourcing, and operational performance while managing a cross‑functional team and serving as the primary point of contact for your client. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong operational management, customer relationship skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all onsite MRO program operations supporting multiple manufacturing locations
  • Manage warehousing, shipping & receiving, inventory control, production support, and last‑mile fulfillment activities
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop warehouse teams, supervisors, site managers, and operational staff
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, variance investigation, and material management best practices
  • Monitor program KPIs, service levels, and contractual performance metrics while driving continuous improvement
  • Lead operational review meetings with internal leadership and customer stakeholders
  • Manage short‑ and long‑term operational projects while ensuring milestones and customer expectations are met
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and operational issues
  • Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure material availability, sourcing efficiency, and inventory optimization
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve operational challenges
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory management, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Support workforce planning, employee development, cross‑training, and succession planning
  • Monitor business opportunities and risks while supporting future program growth

What You Need to Have
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong background managing inventory control, warehouse operations, and material flow
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams in manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
  • Strong client‑facing communication skills with experience presenting KPIs and managing customer relationships
  • Proven ability to lead operational performance while driving accountability and continuous improvement
  • Experience managing complex, technical, or high‑value inventory
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
