We are looking to fill positions immediately. Installation technicians are the foundation of our operation. If you seek a career with competitive pay, daily movement outside the office, and enjoy working with people, this role may be suitable for you. Installation Technicians deliver and install products such as large appliances, electronics, beds, furniture, etc., for end consumers. Responsibilities include maintaining their vehicle, loading/unloading products safely, and providing excellent customer service.
Patience and basic mechanical skills are essential. Hours vary based on daily delivery needs. Ideal candidates enjoy working with people and have the physical stamina to lift 50-100+ pounds.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of products
- Load and unload products
- Troubleshoot product, vehicle, and customer concerns
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain personal hygiene; uniform shirts are provided and must be kept neat
- Keep vehicles clean and perform routine maintenance
- Obey posted speed limits and traffic laws
- Provide high-quality installations as needed
- Complete all necessary paperwork
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50-100+ pounds
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools
- Positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Neat, professional appearance
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Clean driving record for the past 36 months
Compensation: Paid on a daily rate of $625/week, with opportunities for growth and increased pay based on performance. We are always seeking the next Lead Installer.
Schedule:
Daily shifts vary between 6-10 hours. Be prepared for longer days; shorter days are a bonus.
Work Location: Meet promptly at our warehouse at 7:30 am, then on the road for most of the day, returning the vehicle to the warehouse at day's end.
