Strong internal customer-service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with teammates, vendors, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate, assist others, and provide coverage during staffing shortages or high-demand periods.
Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through, including the ability to maintain accurate permits, inspection records, procedures, and compliance materials.
Adaptability, learning agility, and a positive attitude toward learning unfamiliar systems, controls, and facility processes.
