The Company is seeking a Vice President of Accounting to lead enterprise-wide transformation and ensure the integrity and modernization of the accounting infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a strategic accounting leader with a strong background in driving initiatives focused on centralization, standardization, and automation. Responsibilities include overseeing all corporate and financial reporting functions, establishing standardized accounting policies, and modernizing accounting systems and processes.

The role also involves ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX, as well as building and mentoring high-performing accounting teams.

Applicants for the Vice President of Accounting position at the company should have an active CPA license, a Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance (Master s degree preferred), and at least 15 years of progressive accounting leadership experience, with a significant background in public company accounting. The role requires deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance, as well as a proven track record in leading accounting transformation and automation initiatives.

Experience in managing multi-location, inventory-intensive operations, and a background in a Big 4 or national public accounting firm are preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at supporting M&A activity and post-acquisition integration and will be capable of partnering with executive leadership on complex accounting matters.
