Install Project Manager

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000/year depending on experience

We're looking for an experienced Install Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC retrofit and replacement projects from pre-projects through final closeout.

This is not a hands‑on installer role. This is a leadership position responsible for project execution, financial oversight, and crew direction.

You will plan, direct, and oversee commercial HVAC installation projects – ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within approved financial targets.

• Review estimates and perform pre‑job walks
• Confirm equipment, materials, and specialty tools
• Coordinate subcontractors and rental equipment
