  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a multi-disciplinary project controls team (scheduling, estimating, cost control, subcontracts, document control) as well as project engineers and IPCs performing controls functions; support onboarding, training, and succession planning for project controls talent across the district.
  • Serve as the district subject-matter expert for project controls systems and ensure consistency and adherence to site and district project controls policies, procedures, and standards; recommend updates to district controls processes and support system-training gaps identified by project teams.
  • Apply thorough understanding of contract language to identify and mitigate risk and to identify and capture opportunities; support subcontract packaging development and assist in preparation of contractual claims and impact analyses.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with owners, EPC partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders; present cost, schedule, and forecast information at client and internal leadership meetings, and represent project controls in pursuit and preconstruction support as needed.
