This role is based in Goodyear, Arizona

- Coordinate with teams to integrate schedules, resources, and milestones.
- Lead schedule reviews and drive alignment with clients and stakeholders.
- Optimize tools and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Based in Milwaukee, WI, able to be on-site up to 5 days/week.
- 5+ years in data center construction scheduling or project management.
- Expert in MS Project; familiarity with P6 a plus.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Hands-on understanding of construction activities and phased delivery.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 10+ years experience in data center or mission-critical projects.
