Warehouse Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Inventory Specialist for a short-term contract. The Warehouse Inventory Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels to support continuous operations. They receive and inspect incoming materials, update inventory systems with real-time data, and conduct regular cycle counts to prevent discrepancies. The role involves coordinating with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material flow and avoid delays.

Additionally, they prepare inventory reports to identify trends and implement process improvements. Compliance with safety and storage standards is maintained throughout all inventory activities. This role will pay $24/hr and will work a shift of 7am - 3:30 pm M-F.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience as a warehouse inventory specialist
• Strong computer skills and experience with Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
